Great experience. Really affordable. The woman helping me was super friendly and helpful. Got exactly the car I was hoping for. The only set back is that i have to drop off outside the airport as shuttle in. But otherwise excellent experience

Very professional, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Rental car was fairly priced and I even received an upgrade. I left the shop with my rental feeling I had no unanswered questions. I was more informed than I’d ever been about my options if I needed an extension or early return. Which was piece of mind.

Best place ever to rent. Nancy and the staff hands down rock. Given that most people have been in a cramped space travelling for long periods they great you with a smile and great Canadian kindness. Not only have they treated me well I have witness how they treat other people as they arrive to rent or drop off a vehicle.

Josh went above and beyond to help solve the problems that occurred with my late flight arrival. Very kind and gave practical and thoughtful advice. Taylor was very patient and was extremely helpful. I was having trouble with my new credit card password and needed to go to the bank to reset it before I could complete my rental. Taylor drove me there and was entirely pleasant. The return was a little tense as we were trying to catch a flight and there was only one person on front office staff. He was very patient even with my crying children and I lost my card. I was the nightmare customer but they were so kind and patient! I would absolutely rent from here again! Even though it's not actually at the airport 😉 they do have an excellent shuttle service the drivers are very polite, helpful and efficient. Very professional business! Thank you Driving Force!

They demanded that I give them a credit card. Even though I don’t have a credit card, said it’s policy and there is not a damn thing they can do for me. The grumpy hag at the counter was very rude about it. This experience has just been awful.
