Great salesmen and top quality vehicles. Jason did an outstanding job in getting me into the vehicle I wanted and for a price that works great financially for me. I don't think there is a dealership that can come close to the customer service and buyer confidence than these guys offer.

I recently bought my third car from Car West Auto. My new car had a problem with the car starter. On Saturday, late afternoon, I figured this out the hard way. Called Nick, as that is who I always deal with. He "made" his installer come out to my house on Sunday morning, even though it was his day off. Unfortunately it would not start. Nick was very quick to go from the north end of Edmonton, all the way out to Leduc to pick up a loaner for me. This was on a day when there had been a heavy snowfall. Well since I am a middle aged woman, and single, he was so sweet to shovel out a full spot for me to park the car in front of the house, and the sidewalk to the front door. He had the car sent to a Hyundai dealership. He phoned around to different places to see if they had had the same problem with the remote starter to ensure nothing would be missed. He kept the car for a few extra days to ensure the problem was solved. During the financing process Nick spent time to find me the best rate possible. I would strongly advise anyone looking for a car to go see Nick at Car West

I am soooo Pleased to get the chance that I had to work with Jason!!! He is the most amazing person out there I swear!! I had bad credit and being my first time driver he helped me through it all! That man deserves to have a gold metal hung up on the wall! He treated me with so much respect and helped me out a lot for my future with my credit!!! I really recommend going through Jason!! I was looking for a new vehicle and initially went to a different dealer but didn't like what they were offering. Got referred to Nick at Car West and he's been nothing but helpful and real. He worked some magic and got me a nice car, an affordable payment and a wicked rate! Thanks Man!! I'd recommend him and their excellent staff any day!!!
