We made an appointment the week before we went there to give them time to get the trailer ready. When we got there the salesman didn't seem very interested in going out in the snow to the unit, needless to say that there wasn't a path shoveled to the trailer or around it. He didn't seem like he wanted to sell us anything.

Bought a toyhauler from western rv country Leduc last week. Not my first trailer ever but my first new trailer purchase, so when I called with some questions Amber phoned me back right away, she answered all my questions and she was never pushy. Once the deal was made, the walkthrough was informative and pick up was easy, all in all a very painless experience. So I would again like to thank Amber and the team, I'm still a happy camper!

Very friendly and helpful staff in the service department. Always go above and beyond to get me what I need for my trailer. Highly recommend going here.
