Norm, Natacha along with the whole staff were excellent to deal with. I've purchased a lot of RVS in my past and never have been treated so well and had all my expectations exceeded by far. My used trailer was prepared beyond expectations and looked as if new both inside and out and all features fully explained and demonstrated in detail. I have never had my RV detailed looking like new and fully set up in the show room awaiting my arrival to view and walk me through the unit. Finance was excellent to work with and offer a full bumper to bumper warranty for 4 years at a very reasonable rate. Again congrats to all the staff and service department for all your had work and efforts. I have never experienced such excellent treatment and a detailed product from any other RV dealership I've purchased from, be it the Yukon, B.C. or Alberta. From the moment my wife and I walked in we were provided with service and advice that went above and beyond. Our sales representative Clayton is knowledgeable and extremely friendly and personable. Our experience with Natasha in the finance department was painless and enjoyable, from credit application to approval, and even managed to find a lender that offered us a rate lower than advertised. Just purchased a new Bullet travel trailer from Fraserway. The purchasing experience was great and the process was smooth. Glenn was our salesman and was extremely helpful and thorough as we did our walkthrough. We identified a few minor items that they will take care, but otherwise the trailer was everything we expected. Natacha in the business office was also extremely helpful and provided exceptional customer service. If the service department is as good as the sales side, we'll be happy for years to come. Can't wait for camping season!!!!

I highly recommend Fraserway if you are looking for a trailer. I went to several dealerships before I walked through their doors. I was looking for a preowned trailer. Nikki Abbott was knowledgeable in the trailers she showed me. She let us take our time looking at the trailers. Answering any questions we had. When I chose the one I wanted, I was assured they would go through it and check for any cracks or problems in the trailer. Which I might add none of the other dealerships would do without additional cost. When I picked up the trailer, it was immaculate. Nikki made sure I knew how to work and run everything. we found a motorhome on the website and then went to see it and Norm the sales guy was terrific. we made a deal and then went back a couple of weeks later and finished the deal. Natasha the finance person was terrific and answered all our questions. the sales staff was also terrific and accommodating. I would recommend this Fraser way Rv Leduc to anyone wanting an RV.

Destini was very friendly and professional. She clearly communicated their specials and what was involved in winterizing our trailer. Others asked if we needed anything while we waited. We'll definitely recommend Fraserway RV to friends and family.

Can't say enough about my experience with Fraserway! What an amazing 2 week vacation we had with our rental from Fraserway Leduc!!! From the moment we walked into the dealership we were greeted warmly and felt so welcome! The staff is AMAZING and super helpful while doing paperwork and showing around the rental. My fiance and I rented a Ford Transit Conversion Van for 14 nights and drove a total of 5700km in it exploring Alberta, BC interior and Vancouver Island and were super happy with the vehicle we were given. This van is a must for avid adventurers. It is super capable for the tougher terrains with its powerful diesel motor and dually wheels on the back. It was easy to drive and super well equipped! This van had everything we needed for our adventure! We had some small technical issues with some of the appliances and the shower drain was clogged but these were things we could work around during our travels and didn't affect our enjoyment at all! Fraserway does offer top notch roadside assistance for any issues during your travels but we were very remote and away from civilization so we chose not to call and have them resolved during our limited time out west As avid explorers and first time RV'ers living in a Ford Transit van can be challenging at first due to its size obviously but after a day or two everything becomes easier. If you are looking for an RV to take to a campsite and park, you'd be better to go for a normal RV and pass on the Conversion Van . Now if you like to keep moving and exploring every moment of every day this is the van for you!!! All issues we had were immediately addressed upon the return of the Van and we were so happy with the outcome! If your looking to rent an RV or Van look no further! We compared so many options RVezy , CanaDream ect and found if you were looking to have an enjoyable, dependable vehicle for roadtrip this was the best way to do it! Thanks so much! We will be back!
