My purchase of a new F150 was an excellent experience. Sales person Kelly Smith has sold numerous vehicles to me, and again this purchase was a great experience. Kelly kept me informed as to when the truck was being built shipped and upon arrival. I had some extra work done on the truck which was immediately done. We brought our suv in to have an after market alarm and remote start removed and the service department was great. They did an excellent job removing the system, were very efficient and extremely reasonably priced. We will definitely return for future service needs!

I have been going to DK Ford since 2009 when I bought our first Ford (ever!). I was so impressed with the service and the way that DK makes you feel like a valued customer that we bought our second Ford vehicle there as well. It was the primary reason we chose the second vehicle. DK does a great job of making you feel like more than just a number and in this era of so many good vehicle makes out there, it is the customer sales and service that kept me coming back to a Ford and specifically to DK. Owned a 2009 Ford F150 and still own a 2013 Ford Escape. I have been very satisfied with both purchases and the subsequent service.

We went in the to get the winters tires on & get an oil change. We also had other concerns with the vehicle which they checked and recommended some maintenance repairs & we were quite surprised that the cost of everything that needs to be done wasn't excessive or over priced. We've always been pleased with the service & how friendly & knowledgeable the staff is. So far so good! Very happy 😊 customer!
