First time doing business with Schwab. Bought a used Silverado. Got a great price and a good trade in value. Nice low pressure sales experience. Straight forward and honest dealership with excellent after sales service. Strongly recommend.
Dealt with Aaron Peterson in sales and it was the worst experience buying a new vehicle in my life. Beware…… we agreed on a slightly used 2022 Yukon Denali 7,000km and a deal sheet was sent to me. I signed it and returned the same morning, asking for a date I could pick up the vehicle. ….. no reply for hours. I then tried to contact Aaron. When he got back to me he told me the vehicle was sold to someone else. What??? How do you put out an offer sheet for signing and then not complete the deal. Extremely unprofessional and I can only assume a poorly run dealer from top to bottom.
I bought a truck at this dealership. They sold it very dirty And needed some tlc that was put in the deal. Which is totally fine. I dropped the vehicle off for over a week and Shawn the Used Sales Manager, kept pushing me back like I was a joke. Lying to me telling me repairs were done when they weren’t. After spending over 40k they still had the nerve to call me up on pickup day and push me back yet again. They promised to power polish the vehicle they never did but told me it was done. They say the work is completed and don’t actually complete the work. Shawn promises the world and will never deliver. Buy at owners risk. Buyer beware, he is very conniving and condescending. Not a person you should be doing business with. Good luck!!
I booked my truck in for service here as it is closer than my usual shop. I received multiple confirmation texts/emails the days leading up to the service date. The morning it was to be serviced I received a voicemail stating they had an "online booking glitch" and therefore would not be looking at it, try again next week. I took the day off work to get this looked at, so when I called the dealership to inquire about the voice-mail I got bounced around to several employees, all of which denied the voice-mail. At this point I have no idea if my truck will actually be looked at today. Totally frustrating and what really irked me was the denial of the voice-mail with no name left
Had an awesome experience, my sales guy Curtis was very patient while I was giving him very minimal options, he worked very hard to accommodate me in my budget and got me what I wanted, thank you One thing I would like to add that they must accommodate or pay for rides when customers come to pick up their new vehicle, need work on this as cab was very expensive for me from Edmonton to Leduc. Overall I had better experience.
I was in Edmonton for Christmas. On the way home to Brooks our Equinox died on the highway. No lights or any kind of warning. Had my vehicle towed in to this dealer. Apparently the engine sprung a leak while we were driving. The seal in the rear of the engine let go. They told me it was from starting my vehicle in the cold. I was baffled as it was -14 Celsius. They said -45 would do it. I reminded them my vehicle was parked in my heated garage when it was -45 and it was -14. Also we were driving for 20 minutes. They then said something must have froze up in the engine. I'm still baffled as all my oil changes were always done at Davis Chev dealer in Brooks.Was it done correctly? Also this should never have happened on an engine that had been rebuilt bottom half only 60,000Kms ago. All new seals and rings etc. A recall. Meanwhile Both Chev dealers told me there was nothing they could do to help me. Again I'm baffled. I'm over 400kms from home with no drivable vehicle. You both sell vehicles and there's nothing you can do to help me..... Except take $95 to turn off the hazzard lights. Apparently that was a big job..All they had to do was disconnect the battery. I have never been so insulted in my life. I got another dealer NOT A CHEV to get a vehicle for me to drive to Brooks from Edmonton. Just like that they could do something to help me. I did purchase a new vehicle NOT A CHEV OF ANYTHING FROM GM. NEVER AGAIN WILL I DEAL WITH THEM. I believe we are owed an apology and some compensation for the motor problem. I will probably never get this so I will be on a mission spreading my words. The internet will be a great help for this mission.
We had a wonderful experience with the Sales team at Schwab with the purchase of our new Tahoe Z71. Thank you Doug, Shawn & Sam.
This pains me as my sales experience was so great, but something is clearly not working for them with the way their service department is run. I live an hour away and drove in for my service appointment at 10. My 1 hour install ended up taking 5 hours. Then when my vehicle was finally ready the shuttle driver couldn’t come pick me up from the local mall for half an hour. Ended up paying for cab so I could get home to feed my starving baby.
Highly Recommend them. Just bought a new 2022 1Tonne Chevy. My sales lady Sylvia was spectacular. So was Terissa in finance. Definitely give them a call if your in market.
