Service was amazing! Highly recommend Roger for sales, he is sincere and dedicated, makes sure you are his top priority. I did not find any of them pushy, they are all welcoming and willing to help in anyway. Will defiantly be using them again in the future! I bought a new Rogue a couple month ago, and I love it. Brennen was very accommodating. I felt like he genuinely tried to find me "my car". The manager (forgot his name) was honest. I read articles about what car dealers do when you go to sign the papers - mostly warnings. Nothing like that happened. It was literally hassle free. I recommend this place.

My wife and I flew to Edmonton to check out the vehicle we were interested in. Roger our sales rep was awesome. He picked us up at the airport and did everything we asked of him with our inspection of the vehicle. Ethan the sales manager was also a lot of fun to deal with was totally honest and professional with the representative of the vehicle which made our experience very enjoyable. Will the finance manager provided a very smooth paper work transaction. We left feeling good about our purchase and at no time felt like we were being taken advantage of. The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful when purchasing a new vehicle. The team is not pushy and really care about making sure that you leave happy. I was pleasantly surprised to get contacted after my purchase so they could follow-up with any questions or concerns I had about my vehicle. Big shout out to Faraz, Connor, and Kira for helping me at La Nissan!

My sister and I had a great experience buying two vehicles from LA Nissan on New Year’s Eve day. Logan was super easy to deal with and we built a great relationship with him right away. We had visited numerous dealerships prior and we always left feeling like we were not getting the truth. The entire team was wonderful to deal with. There was a mix up with my order and the entire team was so good about it. They wanted to ensure I was happy, and I am! Great customer service from Logan, Ryan, Anthony, Will and Kira. Highly recommend dealing with Logan and LA Nissan. You won’t be disappointed!!!
