Leduc Hyundai

We purchased a 2017 Santa Fe XL LTD from this dealership. So, our experience here was fantastic. But it wasn't at first. I'll explain why they deserve 5 stars. We had a deal going at another dealership but we weren't happy with what the first dealer was giving us for our trade, but the purchase price was really fantastic so we would simply split the trade loss over the great purchase price. Well, we had advertised our trade vehicle on social media and other sites and had no real serious luck. Until Matt (Leduc Hyundai) told us they wanted that vehicle for their lot. He went out of his way, I mean WAY out of his way to get to where we needed to be on the trade and purchase price of the new ride. We live out of town and it's an hour drive for us to go to this dealership. I was really concerned that this deal would be too good to be true. It wasnt, it was what he had promised us through our social media conversation and then some. Picked up the vehicle and noticed it was missing some extras that we had negotiated with the deal. So at first I'm getting a bit angry, but they came around and installed them and lent us a loaner through the installation process. They went to great lengths to work with us, and we are difficult people. I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership to all looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. They also threw in oil changes for life, which is a really nice touch.

Buyer Beware, This dealership is strictly focused on getting you to sign the papers and after that you are nothing to them. Bought a used vehicle from them, Negotiated "their best price" 4 times. The initial price they came out with was higher than the price their sister dealership they got the vehicle from had it listed at on line lol. Part of the deal ended up being winter tires and rims. The general manager asked me what brand of tires I wanted and I told him. I also mentioned there were a couple minor cosmetic things I wanted fixed as well. All was not an issue. The Car Proof came back with a hit on it as "miscellaneous" I asked about that and they told me not to worry, it was hail damage. I asked for an updated Car Proof stating that and have not received it. When signing the final paperwork, the finance office tried upping the monthly payment by a few dollars and blamed it on the interest rate. At the end of the term it would have added $500.00 to the over all deal. Had to bring the vehicle back for them to put the winter tires on. They said it would take an hour. No worries. Turns out they didn't even order the tires, so I waited from 10:00AM until 3:30, to get some cheap no name winter tires, because it didn't specify a brand in writing on the bill of sale, and they didn't repair the defects and aren't going to. Shady, group working over there. Buyer beware.

Brought my car into Leduc Hyundai to have my winter tires put on and was impressed from the moment I drove in to the second I left the dealership. I had lost my wheel key lock and everyone went over and above to get my issue resolved and out the door with a safe vehicle. My kids really enjoyed drawing on the walls in the playroom as well. Well done Leduc Hyundai!! Repeat customer here!!

I recently purchased a Santa Fe from Leduc Hyundai. Jesse Wiger was my salesman. He was amazing and very helpful in taking his time and understanding that I was being very picky about my purchase. When I explained that I needed to be in a certain budget range, he made sure that he got exactly what I needed for a vehicle in my financial range. I would recommend this dealership to any one purchasing a new or used vehicle. Most importantly, I would recommend any one to deal with Jesse. He is an outstanding salesman and is exceptional in his knowledge of vehicles.

First of all - greeted within less than a minute of going in. David was the salesman I talked with, with my brother and boyfriend and he went above and beyond! He was informative, funny, honest, and good at his job. I also had the pleasure of meeting Derek, the GM and I got probably the most mint deal ever! I can't even believe the deal that I got and I have nothing but good things to say about the rest of the staff as well. Ana from finance is funny, kind and just an all around great person. The place as soon as you come in seems welcoming - not shark like at all. It's clean. There's water and coffee if you like. It is an all around wonderful experience and they make sure you are happy every step of the way. I would highly highly recommend going to this dealership!!
