My wife and I found the car we wanted at Leduc Dodge. From the initial contact right through to the test drive and purchase of the vehicle the guys at Leduc Dodge did a great job. There was no hard sell, condescending "car trade talk" or anything else that would have put us off this establishment. The whole process was very easy going and enjoyable. There is a cool vibe at that place. Neil sales rep and Natalia finance were awesome and really made this easy for us. We would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality vehicle. Ryan & Lorraine.
I did get a much nicer car than I went there to get. But, I was lied to over and over, and I made a bad financial decision with that false information. I would have had a 3yr loan if I bought the vehicle I wanted. But I was told that vehicle was not for sale. But i later found out that that vehicle was for sale. That's one factual example of a lie I was told. I was upsold to a new car, and it is nice and new, but I now have a 7yr loan to pay off instead of 3yrs. And my new vehicle has had its share of problems, albeit under warranty. I would not recommend this dealership, but no more than I would recommend any dealership. They are all the same.
The buying experience was definitely amazing and the whole team at Leduc Chrysler was incredibly friendly. Between the consistent correspondence and their ability to have my needs met for the truck, I couldn't have asked for a better buying experience. Being a very remote person and not having much time due to work, they made sure to put in the effort to make sure I got what I needed. I am very happy with the team there and they go above and beyond to make sure their customers are well taken care of. Will definitely be returning when the wife needs a new SUV.
BRAD ! Buying a car is the second most important purchase after a house. I have dealt with many dealerships over the years and I have NEVER had such a smooth and great experience. Dealing with Brad is like being part of the family… he’s extremely laid back and professional. Like a lot of people I spoke with different dealerships but I had the best price and service at Leduc Chrysler. Great sense of humour and will go above & beyond. The whole team was awesome!

I had an amazing experience getting my first car. Stephan was very kind and friendly. He helped me show around the car and take it out for a test drive. Natalia was really friendly too and helped me with financing the car and walked me through everything. In overall, I am very happy I got my first car from this dealership and would highly recommend for anyone else too!
Best dealership I have ever dealt with. Brad and Andrew were amazing and made us feel like family. There was absolutely no pressure and everything was up front and honest. I have already referred friends and family as they are amazing.
We took our truck in for some recall work in the late part of summer. Hubby takes the truck out to work several weeks at a time so we could not get it back in right away when codes popped up relating to the recall work. Even though it was 2 months later Dodge took the truck in and fixed everything up right away and no charge! Fantastic customer service!
Leduc Chrysler dodge jeep and ram, was by far the best dealership my family has ever worked with, they treat you like family and not like someone they are making commission off of, they do everything they can to make sure you get what you need for you and your family without breaking the bank… I have the pleasure to be helped by Brad McDonald, Natalia Sotnikova and Christina Randell high recommend all 3 of them as well as everyone else that works there. They entertained my kids while we were figuring things out and didn’t get annoyed once.. thank you so much to everyone at the dealership will definitely be sending everyone I know looking for a vehicle your way… Thanks you guys so much I love my Jeep Compass!!!
The Leduc Chrysler service team never lets us down. From their friendly and welcoming demeanor to their genuine care for your situation. We rely on the gang to treat our 2008 Dodge 3/4 ton with the care and attention the old unit needs in its senior years.
