First of all, big congratulations to our original salesman Stuart on his promotion to sales manager! He connected us with our final salesman Vik, whom we cannot say enough great things about. Absolutely great guy to chat with about everything from cars and trucks to personal funny stories and pets while waiting for the finance team to finalize everything. He was very knowledgable and patient while my wife and I test drove different trucks and figured out what one we wanted to take home. He's very professional, personable and funny. We will definitely be returning for any future vehicle purchases. Major thank you to the guys in the financing team for everything they managed to pull off in order for us to drive off of the lot with a Ram that exceeded our expectations, especially with my poor credit. If you're looking to buy a car, SUV, van or truck, stop looking. This is the best place you can go. You'll leave with peace of mind and a great new-to-you vehicle. Thank you Vik, Stuart and Mark. I highly recommend these guys to anyone looking to get into a new or used vehicle! We’ve dealt with them twice now over the past 4-years and have left more than happy both times. They absolutely hustled today to get us in a vehicle in our budget that fits our needs as well as getting us a reasonable trade-in value for our truck. I hear a lot about sleazy car salesmen, but these guys are the real deal. Our experience here was excellent! Aziz is the man! He reads your vibe well as he has years of experience with him. He wasn't pushy, and he was honest and sincere. The staff were sooo very helpful and kind. Highly recommend. Location is very far from where we live, but will come here again for the purchase of our next vehicle.
I would firmly recommend finding somewhere else to buy your vehicle. Some issues were my fault due to rushing into a purchase due to my previous vehicle failing, but the amount of lies I was told and the condition of the vehicle being handed over even though there was inspection papers handed over that I trusted my own fault. Maybe this is the new norm but at this point I would trust people at the corner lot on 118 Ave over this place.
We bought the Honda Accord from them. They provided the best possible service given by Mr Aziz. We heartily appreciate their effort to give us the best possible vehicle at the reasonable price. We highly recommend for anyone looking to buy new vehicle from them.
Bought my Honda from here and had an awesome experience. I was helped by Asad, the assistant sales manager, and he was honest, thorough in explaining everything, had great communication skills, professional and not pushy. He made buying a car a pain-free experience, which was different than other dealerships I had checked out. He worked hard to get this car in for me and made sure that the inspection was handled successfully. He was prepared before each appointment that we had, so we didn’t have to wait in a line to see him or sit there waiting long for things to be done, which was perfect. Hazen, the sales manager, was also honest, prepared and respectful all throughout our purchase. I am so happy to have bought the car I wanted with their help!!
