Knights Inn Syracuse/Liverpool

We stayed here for about a month during February 2016 (moved to the Syracuse area for work and needed a place to stay until our Townhouse lease started). Absolutely would stay here again. The front desk people are really friendly and my wife never felt unsafe while staying here. At the time the rooms were a little outdated but everything was kept very clean. Basically a great value and it's not in a bad part of town or anything like that. Right off the toll road if you're travelling which is nice.

I stay here 5 or 6 times a year and it's perfect. The rooms are always clean and quieter than some of the higher price hotels I've stayed in.

Absolutely horrible service the guy at the front desk comes out puffy chested because we asked a question very cordially to their room attendant so he wants to kick us out over a simple question after a week was paid in advance sounds like a ways to grab someone's money without thinking about what situation they are in and why they are here.. we lost everything not to mention spent every dime we had because we have lived outside / in the shelters it's not a life to live nor will people treat you half way decent when they figure out your situation......so please be careful how you judge another when your pockets are fat and you like to put others down understand that we aren't alone but you are.....

Great place to stay clean quiet most of the time nice little yard area allow pets service dogs handicap accessible

The staff is wonderful. The rooms are clean,I was surprised because its not a 5 star and so affordable, and their WiFI is way better than than the most expensive hotel,breakfast its simple but good. Some rooms needs upgrade but if you ask for rooms in the 300 you will get the remodel upgraded room .I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
