Unless you are attending the State Fair, location is only fair. It will take a drive for dining options. Comfortable hotel with all the basics, but nothing special. Small fitness room. Only fair internet speed, with standard BW breakfast. Good parking and outlets are available for plug-in hybrid or electric vehicles.

OK hotel but needs a bit of attention. Try to stay on a lower floor since it seems to take a long time for the hot water to get to the third floor. Check the towels to make sure they are clean. Breakfast is fine and the usual fare. Staff is professional and friendly.

Very dissatisfied with the rooms. Staff was never at the front desk. Watched an employee excoriated out by police and breakfast was never ready on time each morning. If there was zero stars that what they would have gotten.

During my 5 night stay, I have never been so direspected and treated as a no count anywhere than I was by this hotel front desk staff. Called names, called a loser. When I told the hostess that she by far was the worst and most disrespectful she would reply "I don't care" "this isn't my only job" etc. etc. When I told her I'd be taking with her manager who was off duty, same reply, "I don't care" I ended with, "it's obvious that you don't care, it shows in the job you are doing." Complete lack of respect and hospitality for a guest paying $85 a night while on the road for business. There is absolutely no reason this kid should be behind the counter acting this way with guests. Making the entire hotel look bad. The gent in front of me checking in said the same thing, too. Disgraced

The staff is always kind and knowledgeable. They made sure my points and rewards were up to date. The steak house "Daniellas" was amazing and well worth the money. Their was live music the night we went. I just wish they would extend breakfast hours to 10 a.m. and have strawberrys for the waffles.
