The location is great in Armory Square, but you'll have to find street parking if you don't want to pay for valet. The lobby is attractive but the Bistro didn't seem to be open often. Rooms are nice, but the TV placement is strange (can't be turned toward the bed). The showers are older but work fine. Everything is clean, and the beds are comfortable.

Beautiful well-located hotel in the center of Armory Sq. Nice staff. Modern designs and comfy. What’s not to like? Parking. Pricy valet parking pushes the cost up. Breakfast is pricy too, but Starbucks and another local coffee shop are only 2 short blocks away. This hotel does not have brewed coffee for no cost to guests, unless you brew it yourself in the in-room brewing machine, so those cafes are options for caffeine & morning meals. Overall a nice room in a nice location with professional staff.

My stay at the Courtyard Marriott was perfect. The room was clean and beautiful, the bathrooms were immaculate, and the breakfast offerings downstairs were great. I would definitely stay again.

Great Staff, great rooms, great snacks, and awesome customer service. They rooms are very spacious and clean! The breakfast is awesome! I enjoyed my stay!

Great hotel. Centrally located in the gentrified part of town. Good eats and nice walking neighborhood
