Loved this place. They had live music in the lobby as well as a very cool outdoor patio area. The place welcomes pets and is very close the the mall (almost walking distance). The menu is limited but the food I ordered was very good. The hotel bar was spacious and had billiards and board games. Beer was priced as you would expect at a hotel bar. The room was very clean and had typical amenities. The fact they had a shuttle to and from the lakeview amphitheater saved my life. My only criticisms are that the room was a little small and the bar closed too early. This is my first choice when staying in Syracuse

This hotel is amazing, I love the cleanliness, they gym they have there and free hot chocolate in your room and downstairs. They also have breakfast they make and serve downstairs in the morning, the breakfast was really good, people are friendly and polite there, the view is amazing from there, you can see the whole city, very quiet place to sleep, mo noises. Very updated and newly remodeled bathrooms, big screen tv. This is my favorite hotel to stay in.

The weather bad , so we decided to stay i Syracuse. I wish i could have stayed longer. It was clean, the room set up was awesome. They had multiple areas where we could just hang out. The interior design is fantastic. I wish i could have stayed longer had to make it back home.

Very clean. All Aloft hotels are pet friendly, which made this the perfect place for us. The location is perfect. We could see destiny mall from out window and there were tree lined walkways next to the harbor. The rooms are lovely and modern and the sheets were very crisp and clean.

The rooms are nice. The staff is friendly. I really like the social area in the lobby with the bar and billiards table.
