My husband and I have stayed here twice now and have a third visit scheduled.  We stay here when we are in Baldwinsville visiting my husband's family.  So, so lovely.  Phylis and Jim are fabulous hosts, the house is absolutely beautiful,  and the breakfasts are delicious. I highly recommend.  You will not be disappointed.

Needed to stop while traveling on Interstate 90, and decided to try this rather than chain accommodations. Really glad we did - had a delightful overnight stay and breakfast. The owners are very interesting to talk with, and have done an outstanding job restoring the house. It's located in quite a historical area, on a several-block-long section of the street lined with architecturally attractive mid 19th century houses. The sidewalks seem to roll up on Sunday evenings, but we were able to get a pleasant dinner within walking distance, and it looked like on other nights we would have had a good pick of stylish eateries just a couple of blocks away.

This bnb is very well kept and clean with tasteful traditional decor. Definitely a step above the rest. The food was delicious and the owners were so attentive. We could not have had a better experience. Hope to come back soon!

Lovingly restored historic home in Balwinsville, NY. Beautiful grounds, excellent breakfasts, perfect location. We have stayed here twice and will definitely return. Our room was large, quiet and comfortable. The owners/managers are a friendly couple, interesting to talk with, and they make you feel very welcome.
