Gracious hospitality at its finest! Clean and spacious featuring delicious homemade breakfast. The blueberry bread pudding was fabulous! With a pool, hot tub and plenty of space to hangout and have friends stop by, this was one of the best places I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. Beautiful country views are delightful. Do be prepared to get lunch & dinner on your own.

It was absolutely amazing. Loved it. Wish we could've stayed longer. Definitely going back! Nearby activities: So many distilleries and so many cider houses and farmers markets. Had the best time!

Recently stayed at Apple Country Retreat and had a wonderful experience. Marilyn is so welcoming and helpful. She and her husband went above and beyond to make us feel right at home during our stay. The barn itself is breathtakingly beautiful, and so well kept. We stayed in the newly renovated silo which was a great experience! The views on the farm are spectacular and you are less than 15 minutes from the town Skaneateles. Marilyn’s breakfast was AMAZING too! The pool and jacuzzi are amazing perks as well! Would definitely recommend staying here and we look forward to future visits!

We love J-dog and Marilyn! My husband and I stayed in the Upper Room and loved the view. Take the time to ask Jason how he built the place from scratch, and don’t miss out on Marilyn’s delicious breakfast. Bring your friends and family, and plan to make it a yearly trip!Rooms: 5/5

Three stars because the venue itself is beautiful, and deserves four or five stars. Went there for my friend's wedding and the proprietors are ridiculous, unfortunately. They just kinda hover around and judge whatever you're doing. Walk through the space you've rented, and passive aggressively close doors and stuff while we're loading/unloading. Religious rules are enforced as well. Breakfast was good.

Apple Country Retreat is a hidden gem but for a quite weekend away as well as a sweet, intimate wedding. I photograph 25+ weddings every summer all over NY State and I have found Apple Country one of the most intimate, cozy, unique and well running wedding venues in the area. The suites are comfortably and adorably furnished providing the perfect place for a bridal party and their immediate family members to get ready. Also don't forget the amazing landscaping around the pool, bar area by the pool and hot tub! The gazebo and creek down at the end of the lawn is a perfect place for a wedding ceremony. The barn itself with its many staircases and levels, cozy fireplace and couches and rustic decor is really charming. The owner is sweet and accommodating! I get absolutely no kick back for this review, I just honestly think that when a wedding venue gets it right, they should be on the map. Please, check out Apple Country Retreat!

Warm and friendly owners. Nice, comfortable rooms with impressive beautiful amenities including scenic area, pool, hot tub, and much more. Very fun getaway for a romantic weekend, family gathering, or any other event.
