Great restaurant for sizzling plates, bubble tea and desserts. It is on a heavily seasoned side so if you're looking for something a bit plain maybe this isn't the place to go unless you chug a lot of water. Daily snack specials starting at $1 now offered. Cash or debit over $25 only. Mother's Day special May 8, 2022: moms get free salmon & shrimp tempanyaki rice dish over purchase of $20 before tax. Poor girl only one server for the whole dining area. She was so busy and also forgot my drink even though it was charged. They should have staffed 2 servers on a Friday night.

Love the sizzling plate experience, it's a must try. Although the portions in terms of the meat could be more it's more rice than the main in the dish the presentation is great. I also enjoy their drinks menu, it's quite different from other restaurant offerings like the yogurt soda lemon drink for example. They have a lot more unique drinks on the menu.

First time visiting this week for family dinner. Party of 4. Extensive menu. Decent amount of seating. A bit light on staff but service is friendly. We ordered: Q1 mango supreme drink $7.99: if you like creamy mango drinks then give this a try D51 beef black pepper sauce teppanyaki rice: good flavour, beef is on the tougher side H1 cheesy flaming spicy chicken: noodles are a tad hard. Chicken is good Q3 ribena specialty drink: basically just ribena and club soda A1 mushroom soup $4.99: really good Sizzling cheese corn $3: cheesy and delicious but a tad on the salty side C21 fried Taiwanese fish cake sold out so didn’t get to try this C23 fried Takoyaki: okay D2 black curry pork cutlet rice: curry had a really nice flavour. Pork is good L6 sizzling green tea brownie with red bean tofu pudding $7.99: not a fan for the tofu pudding. Brownie and red bean is ok. Overall, food is served on a sizzling hot plate which is cool. Would come again if in the mood to try other items from their very large menu.

Flaming kitchen is a small restaurant with a variety of hot plate dishes to choose from. They also have a bunch of snacks and drinks for those looking for a quick bite. Food is decent and comes out quickly. In regards to payment, they only accept cash or debit.Food: 4/5

Reasonable pricing and they offer daily specials of certain dishes/drinks at discounted rate. I really enjoyed the friendly and fast service. The House Special Curry Laksa Shrimp Udon Soup was delicious - great portion, quality and tasty shrimp. We will come back to try more dishes!Food: 4/5

Food was decent with plenty of vegetarian choices. Seemed to be a bit understaffed when we visited, but service level was acceptable. The dining area is small. Note that they do not take credit cards - debit or cash only.

Food are okay. Curry sauce tastes blend but definitely peppery. Fried pork chop is crispy. BUT, Take a look at the amount of dust around the air vent. Which is directly above where I was seated. It is too dirty for me come back again.

Their food are amazing. I like their lavender milk tea. I really hope they will open one in calgary. Calgary need some good food like this.

Pros 1. Good food!- Tonkotsu was crispy enough for my taste. Soup was a bit too watery, but the flavour was on point. Cons 1. Slow service- We waited 20mins to get our food. From what I heard, it’s been consistently slow in service. 2. Dirty washroom- Washroom is definitely not maintained very well, but I don’t have high expectations at restaurants in First Markham Place. 3. Very loud and crowded in the restaurant. This also means a lot of people like this restaurant!

Flaming is such a good spot for some good quick bites! They have daily specials and when we went the rice cakes were only 7.99 on Sunday’s!
