frustrating experience with this store.nI was trying to buy vacuum-sealed ground beef that was advertised on sale, but every time I went, it was unavailable. Each visit, I was given a rain check.nOver the course of three months, I returned multiple times just to renew the same rain check because the product was never restocked.nOn my fourth visit, I politely asked to speak with a manager. I first spoke with Marla, who was kind.professional and helpful, and she directed me to her manager, Jean-Jacques.nUnfortunately, the interaction went downhill from there. Before I could even explain the situation, he immediately said they don’t give rain checks—especially for meat. This made no sense, as I had already been issued and allowed to renew rain checks multiple times for the exact same item, and even for other meats like tomahawk steak that same week!!nWhat was most disappointing was his attitude. He didn’t listen, showed no interest in understanding the situation, and offered no solution whatsoever. After months of inconvenience and repeated visits, I expected at least some effort to resolve the issue or at least a polite interaction to end the confusion. Instead, I was simply told to go ahead and complain if I wanted to and that he was not going to say what he wanted to really say???!!! I was in disbelief.nBased on this experience, this is not someone who should be representing a business—especially in a management or customer service role. The lack of professionalism, consistency, and basic customer care was very disappointing.nThankfully, Marla stepped in. She recognized how poorly the situation was being handled, contacted the store managerSonia and offered me a similar product at the same price. She is the only reason this situation was ultimately resolved.

A little disappointed in the cake. It cost $45 and it wasn’t even straight. No additional Colors added. Trim wasn’t straight and cake layer was not even. I once ordered a trolls cake from IGA cure Labelle and it was the best ever. You can tell they love what they do but the pastry chef at salaberry really jus does the bare minimum.

I came today to eat at this place and I found the food fresh and clean delicious and the guy who is working there his name is Ayoub he is amazing respectful good smile he made me wants to eat here every day thanks Ayoub

Great Gluten free selection. Doesnt have a very big toileteries section but great place to shop. They accept air miles.

Very disappointing I’ve been shopping at IGA since it’s built I’ve been in dollar for 42 years. My daughter went there. They had a special on margarine so it wasn’t punching up at the cash a special so my daughter asked why so one of your owners Enrico Leland came over very rudely and said we have no time. And it’s a marketing thingnIt’s very disappointing when an owner can’t help a customer while other people are watching so my daughter had to leave her stuff and go to Provigo where they couldn’t help her faster Doesn’t make me feel good shopping there since I’ve been there since you’re open
