The staff that stock the shelves, the cashiers and the employees at the meat and fish counters are so wonderful, helpful and nice. But for some reason, the staff at the customer service desk and the store manager are rude and just awful to customers. Even worse, they are consistently condescending and horrible to their staff to the point that it makes customers uncomfortable. If you don't know how to treat your employees and customers with decency and respect, you shouldn't be in this job. Your staff and customers deserve better.

Often times unfresh, yet consistently overpriced, vegetables and meat. They have a decent selection but everything I buy here spoils faster than at other stores.nnIts the only supermarket in my area so, unfortunately, I will keep buying their expensive and stale produce; although they could, and should, do better...

Staff is always nice and very helpful .nThe premade food is always a banger .nThe Portuguese rotisserie chicken is the best chicken I have ever placed in my mouth bro. And the fries , istg it’s so good and the potato wedges are a go to . Even tho the cavendish one has more foods and options the workers there do commonly more mistakes when I take orders unlike this one .nThe fresh baguettes are a bangernAnd there is plenty of parking

The egg sandwiches tasted like metal. I don’t know if it was the dressing or maybe the eggs. Maybe they use Compliments eggs. I don’t know what it was. It used to be so good once upon a time. Not anymore. Very disappointed.nAlso, the tall black woman at customer service counter is rude and mean. She looks like she’s ready to argue. She needs a lesson in customer service. I don’t know who manages but they should be on the floor watching.

They bought back the recycling machine but it doesn't work properly. And when it's not working they don't put a sign to advise people. I want there today to recycle and halfway through machine stopped working. I told the cashier to have someone fixed it and waited for 30 minutes only for them to say it cannot be fixed today. Customer service is not good.
