Adonis

We really enjoy shopping at this store; the staff are always pleasant and helpful. Today, we had excellent help at the pastry counter from a lovely lady named Joumana. She was patient, friendly, sweet, pun intended and knew her pastry and cakes products very well. She also told us that the pastry counter takes custom orders unbeknownst to us!nAlso, at the takeout chicken counter, we had excellent help from Baljinder. What a great guy!nI know people are fast to post complaints, but today, I had to mention my great shopping experience at Adonis, DDO store!!

The music is annoying and the staff seems grumpy. The produce is decent but sometimes goes bad quickly. The seafood counter is great especially for free fish cleaning, but the meat and deli counters are usually very busy. Aisle layouts are always changing so finding things can take a long time.

I visited the Adonis DDO Dollard-des-Ormeaux location yesterday to buy petit fours, and I want to highlight an exceptional employee named Jumana who was working at the sweets and bakery section.nnThere was a customer before me who took a very long time, changed her mind multiple times, asked to open and re-open the box, added items, stopped the closing process repeatedly, and asked many unnecessary questions — all while a long line of customers was waiting.nnThroughout the entire situation, Jumana remained incredibly patient, polite, calm, and professional. She handled everything with a smile, kept apologizing to the waiting customers, and never showed any frustration. Her customer service was truly impressive and reflects very positively on Adonis.nnJumana is a role model for customer service — professional, respectful, and patient under pressure. Thank you for making the experience pleasant despite the delay. Adonis is lucky to have her.

I have become a weekly customer at Adonis DDO, and for good reason. If you are looking for high-quality pizza, this is the place to go.nnThe Food:nThe pizzas are extra-large and the quality is consistently impressive. You can tell they don’t skimp on ingredients—the vegetables are incredibly fresh, and the pepperoni is flavorful and high-quality. My nephew is an extremely picky eater when it comes to pizza, but he absolutely loves it here!nnThe Service:nWhat really sets this location apart is the staff. I want to specifically mention Mrs. Sanaz and Mrs. Amahdeep. Even though they are clearly very busy with a high volume of customers, they remain extremely polite, welcoming, and respectful. They truly go above and beyond to ensure every customer is satisfied.nnIt is rare to find such a hardworking team that still maintains a kind and professional attitude under pressure. Highly recommended!
