Typical supermarket. The place seemed clean and organized. I was able to get what I needed.

This Adonis has larger seafood selections than Adonis downtown. One of my favorite supermarkets in Montreal! Fruits and veggies are nice and fresh and never over priced!

I came here for lunch because it's close to work. It a huge grocery store! They have a great variety of sandwiches & wraps. I was able to get a cream cheese bagel with salmon and fruit bowl for $6. 

This is great considering other places in the neighborhood charge $8 for just a cream cheese bagel & salmon. 

I'll be back for more lunches!
