Unbelievably terrible service from acting manager. He was so blatantly rude for no reason. I simply asked for a manager because they put the price for the rice 11:99$ and when I go to the cashier she told me the price 19:00$ and after I spoke to the manager he told me it’s the guy put a wrong price and for the rice no price for now and I can give it to you for this price and he was so rudenUnfortunately I will never go there anymore.

I was worried at first when Provigo Pierrefonds became a Maxi. But I've discovered that every Maxi is different. This one is excellent. They kept all the health food products, everything is easy to find and actually the set-up is better than before, the prices are much lower, there are very good sales, you can really save. Many of the same staff, very nice people. Very clean and well-organized and pleasant, not a big jumble like some other Maxis. I hope enough shoppers buy the organics and health food products to keep that section going, better for our planet and for our health.

I'm still not sure why he felt it necessary to be rude. This was a simple situation that will now turn me away from shopping there.

Cancel the two items pass someone else while the peeps are checking on the prices? No? ok. I wait. The customers gets back from going to check after staff went to check, says they are still wrong with a picture to prove it and cashier still continuing to stand there not serving anyone else while she waits for whatever is going to happen next.
