This place has the longest lines and no customer service. Never coming here again. Waited 25 minute in line and employees walk around like zombies.

This store used to be pleasant to shop in. Now they have no cashes- only self-check and 1 cashier for a few items. I cannot handle the cases of water at the self-check- too heavy. I am a senior. No service anywhere. I will stop shopping there.

Unbelievably terrible service from acting manager. He was so blatantly rude for no reason. I simply asked for a manager because they put the price for the rice 11:99$ and when I go to the cashier she told me the price 19:00$ and after I spoke to the manager he told me it’s the guy put a wrong price and for the rice no price for now and I can give it to you for this price and he was so rudenUnfortunately I will never go there anymore.

Been going there since 25 years. Ever since the implementation of auto check out, it's terrible. Service is awful. I feel sympathy for the long time excellent ladies who have been there. But the new service standard is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. The auto check out is awful. The place is ridiculously understaffed, and after waiting 15 minutes for assistance at the auto checkout, the clerk told me to see the completely swamped cashier for service. I will NEVER shop there again. They are outrageously bad.

Not good. The workers are not properly masked, yet working on and over our food. I felt very uncomfortable. This photo of a clerk working with produce shows one of three that I saw. I mentioned it to the manager and she did not seem concerned.nnNot sure why I went to this one. They are often out of stock of key items and goods on sale.
