I’m reviewing the rotisserie chicken in this IGA. I went on Monday this time in this store to take advantage of the Monday special 2 rotisserie chicken meals for 13.99. The lady there is a bit grumpy but she’s very efficient and she gives us lots of fries taters and onion rings so no complains here at all. You must take a white meat quarter plus a dark meat quarter. For salad you can select macaroni salad potato salad or cole slaw. The macaroni salad is really delicious. Their gravy is also tasty. The chicken in this store is a bit too salty. Big portion. Otherwise it deserves 5 stars. There are seating for you to eat there. There’s a spray for you to clean the table. You can also collect points with your scene card.n4 stars.

We had an extremely disturbing experience.nThe person putting the products we have purchased in our bags has grabbed 2 apricots from the original container and put them in his pocket. He thought, since we are senior citizens we would not see what he has done.nWe told the incident to the cashier.nIs this the service we should expect?nAll shoppers be aware.

I love this IGA and the food in it, but it’s been over three times now that the staff at the cash don’t know how to redeem Scene points. I don’t blame the cashiers but rather feel it’s the managers not training their staff effectively. People are coming to IGA because of Scene points so it’s extremely important that all staff are trained on how to redeem these points.
