Bed Bath & Beyond

Truly shocked at how rude the staff at this location are. I was interested in a vacuum that can both pick up dirt as well as wash carpets. I asked a girl for help because this was my first time coming into the store and did not know where they are. She pointed where to go but because it’s like a maze I asked her kindly if she can lead me there. She began to roll her eyes at me. She showed me a vacuum, I asked the price and she said she had no idea and walked away. I called her back and asked her more questions she said this was not her department. I understand completely and asked if she could find someone who does work in this department, all she said was “have no clue where she is”. She didn’t even help me put the HUGE box into the cart or even try to find out the price. I called the Northgate location and asked if they had the same item in stock and i would rather drive all the way there then ever come back to this location, the lady over the phone asked why and I said the staff here is extremely rude and she said, “you don’t even want to know how many times I’ve heard that from other customers.” Clearly, this is an ongoing issue and I’m sure there are plenty of other people who would love to work here than the miserable staff that is currently employed at this location.

Had a terrible experience with one of the inexperienced staff members of this store .... However, the manager and customer service representatives did an amazing job at rectifying the situation. They were kind caring and very professional. Because I was treated so well I will be a lifetime shopper. Highly recommended !

Glad to have gone to Bed bath and Beyond! The tall ceilings and products all the way up made it easy to find exactly what I was looking for. Check-out staff were super friendly and I was impressed by the speed of the service. You really can find everything for your bed, bath, and beyond in this store!

Everything for your home can be found here. There is something for every room in the house. The store is large so make sure that you get a shopping cart near the entrance. Also sign up for their emails to get a 20% off coupon. Also they have a gift registry for weddings and baby showers.

Huge selection. Prices seem a little high, but with 20%coupon there are great deals.
