I went here with a friend and she got a lot of stuff. We went to the line and it took like 20 minutes to get through and it wasn't even that long. Once we got there, they told us they couldn't use the debit card my friend had because their machine was broken. She didn't have any other way of payment and we ended up wasting an hour there. They didn't apologize and just ushered us along.

I really wanted a book as a gift for a child, but the cover was ruined. I asked if there was anything they could do like find me another and the manager said since it was just the outside of the book she wouldn't compensate the price or find me another book. I don't need to pay full price for your broken products. I won't be back with management like that. Not to mention the manager completely ignored me as I was her customer for her staff. Poor customer service in my opinion.

I shop at winners all the time and I absolutely love it and the deals but don't bother calling with questions because they'll be no help and straight rude and dismissive at the very first question. Actually, I hadn't even finished talking before being interrupted with, "Sorry, we can't answer that over the phone but you can come here," in a very condescending tone. All I wanted to ask was how long their most popular clothes stay in stock. Still a great place but I don't think I'll call again.

Sale section had mostly ripped/stained clothing - like I won't pay full price $40 for it obviously, but nor would I pay $10 for a torn/stained top...! Makes no sense.
