It's a really beautiful place. The decorations outside look magical! And the inside looks great as well. The coat check ladies were amazing. They had a conversation with me. They were really nice to me. They certainly love it there. The place our event happened is one of their halls and it was beautiful. The food service wasn't also that bad.

My hands down favourite hotel. I visit at least OJ e a month to treat myself , sometimes more. It’s Totally worth it to pay a little extra for an executive suite. The Conrad lounge is really nice and comfortable with a nice view. You can have a light dinner here in the evenings, sweets later on, breakfast here is also included. The outdoor pool and hot tubs are wonderful and always clean, and the rooms are beautiful. I love the soft beds and lovely bedding as well. The washrooms in the executive rooms are spacious and have a separate soaker tub and rain shower. All rooms have a beautiful view of the lake.

This is an amazing hotel! She rooms are beautiful and clean. We also went to the exterior pool which was so much fun! They have a sauna and an interior pool too. The staff was extremely friendly and made sure our stay was as we wanted. I can't wait to go back!

I love the casino... maybe a bit too much sometimes lol. Their hotel is good but a bit pricey. The service is impeccable on the hotel and casino side. They have valet parking also. I'm only giving a 3 stars because every time I go there I loose all my money at the tables so I can't recommend it to any one else.

Oh my... This is one of my favorite properties to go to. I stay in hotels frequently and definitely know the difference between a good hotel and a bad one. This is a casino hotel but you don't need to go to the casino to have a good time. The spa and pools are great and in the summertime you could sit right on the lake and watch all the boaters which I have done. The breakfast buffet is totally outstanding the food is great tasty and the restaurant itself is very clean. Totally love this definitely five star.
