Best hotel I have ever stayed at... EVER! Inside was breathtaking. Lounging and work space areas near a multi story waterfall. Breakfast buffet is to die for. Carla is the coolest server there ♡ & ♡ Katie is the best chef. Everyone was so incredibly kind. Hotel room was spotless and gorgeous. I can't believe how comfy the king size bed was. Bathtub was deep enough for soaking. Water pressure and temperature were perfect. Plenty of coffee and tissues in the room. The trash bags are a little thin. Oh and thanks to Tim for helping me load my car. You rock! And I forget the names of everyone at the front desk but they all basically rock too.

After arriving to this hotel I was pleasantly surprised that the inside of this hotel was modeled after the classic Holiday Inn's of my youth. We call these Holi-domes.. with their open-air atrium and center space that is topped by a glass or domed ceiling to allow light in. The also commonly have clear glass elevators that allow you to experience and see the hotel on the way up. These open air concepts with balconies give a much better feel and atmosphere to hotels. You are not confined to long, plain hallways and instead given a more refreshing feeling of space and social awareness with other guests in the center common areas of the bar and restaurant. We were greeted by a great staff at the front desk who gave us a high level floor as requested and was very nice. I was very happy to find that our rooms were recently remodeled as well and very large for a 2 queen bed. Modern finishes like wallpaper and wood floor in the seating area as well as modern furnishings gave this room a feel like home. My coworker and I were very comfortable here and enjoyed the food, service, and quality of the room.

We stayed here 2 nights and early March and we enjoyed our stay very much. Beds were probably the most comfortable I've ever slept in ever. Pillows are top notch as well. The fitness center was one of the nicest ive seen in a hotel! Pool and hot tub we're perfect. Breakfast buffet at the restaurant in the hotel is 10/10. We also did the brunch that was also amazing. We had drinks at the bar and they had really awesome bartender and amazing margaritas. I highly recommend this hotel. The only problem we had was there were a million kids staying at the hotel during our stay and parents had no control whatsoever and kids were screaming in the lobby, playing soccer and a bunch of unnecessary stuff. I thought maybe the hotel would say something but nothing was done. Not too big of an issue we still loved our stay.

Lovely facility with meeting rooms, dining options, etc. This is immediately adjacent to the current Rapid City Civic Center. I've heard a new civic center may be built in the near future. Stay tuned, sounds like there is a bit of controversy around that initiative.

The price was very comparable so what this place had to offer was very surprising! The staff was great! Gym has plenty to do! The pools and hot tubs were never to busy! The rooms had a random smoke smell our third day but otherwise have zero complaints.
