Of the four places we stayed on a road-trip during our second week in the United States this was hands down the nicest, roomiest and decently priced place we stayed. The room was clean, the rate was decent and there was a pool with a hot-tub. Breakfast was included in our room rate and was good ... I especially like the sausage links. On the single-use plastic front the hotel was about average ... certainly not the worst offender, but could use less.

Was really happy with everything until I returned to my room after confirming multiple times that pets were allowed. Paid the extra for my daughters 5lb dog....so I return after only being away for maybe an hour to my key cards not working. I go to the desk and am told my number wasn’t working, that my dog was barking. So I tell them call my phone. It never leaves my hand. I show them my recent contacts and they call my number.... and guess what it worked no problem. Mind you it wasn’t middle of the night it was maybe mid-day. If my dog had been barking ALL night long yes but mid-day and you lock me out of my room....definitely NOT a happy customer!

Pool is over chlorinated to the point that you can't even sit in the room without your eyes burning and all the numerous kids running around seemed to begin coughing within 20 minutes. Front desk says it's been strong a long while but pool guy says levels are perfect, I have never seen people react that badly or that fast to a pool. Otherwise rooms were nice and staff were friendly but I'm hoping my one star gets the pool issue fixed.

The location of the hotel was great. The rooms were spacious and very nice. Comfortable beds and pillows. Indoor pool. Close to the interstate and some good places to eat.

We had a great room that accommodates space for all of my little family and room to stretch out. Bed was not my own but was at least able to sleep. Close to a Target and some fast food places and I90 for travel. Breakfast area was chaotic. There was tables in front in the lobby area and then a private room to sit too. Pool was small but had a cool feature of a water slide that went outside. Kids seemed to enjoy it. Pool water was cold and took some time to get used to it. Everyone at front desk was super helpful and polite and accommodating. I travel for work frequently and this is one of the chains I stay at and have never been disatissfied enough not to stay at one again.
