This was one of the best Fairfield Inns that I have stayed at while traveling for work. Great comfy rooms and great friendly staff. Always received a welcome letter from management. Great pricing too during off season. Would definitely stay here again for business or while visiting.

I went with a church group to the Newsboys concert. (I was a chaperone.)The group was checked in by one of the leaders. After we were checked in I went up to the front desk to ask questions. Probably 3 times over a 45 minute time period maybe longer. There were two attendants one male and one female. The staff seemed to not have time to bother with helping me. They seemed very disapproving (?), put out, offended to have to answer my questions. I was not impressed with the front desk staff. The next morning we had the free breakfast in the main room downstairs. The breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were pretty nice. I didn't hear noises from the rooms around mine. The ice machine was in the area behind the elevators and I didn't have that noise to deal with. My room had a refrigerator and a microwave. There were 2 elevators. We enjoyed the concert and slept well before heading out around 9 am. Perkins is attached to the motel if you want to pay for a meal.

Great place to stay. Quiet if that is what you need. Very good breakfast if that is what you need. Rapid City has several restaurants. You may drive a short distance to see sights but this hotel is well worth it.

This hotel is great. Price is great location is great and the fact that it is attached to watiki indoor water park is great. The people are kind and very good at their jobs. Will stay here again.

I showed up without a reservation but the hotel was able to get me a non smoking room with 2 queen beds. I know this is not tourist season but the rate I was offered was shockingly low. Room is very spacious, pillows are comfortable and plenty of room in the bathroom. From the hotel, you can access an independent, franchised restaurant without going outside. This is handy when the temperature is freezing! No complaints.
