Holiday Inn Express Niagara-On-The-Lake

We recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express NOTL for a family Christmas tradition. Everything was great! Rooms are very clean, location is convenient as it's just off the highway. The staff...absolutely amazing. From checking in Robin i believe is her name to the staff at the breakfast, were all so friendly, professional and made the experience more enjoyable. Many of our family members have gluten allergies, and the staff at breakfast were very accommodating to our allergy. Also, the pool was a great temperature and very refreshing! Will definitely be back again!

We took a trip to Niagara Falls during the Christmas break with our children. We decided to stay at this hotel as it was one of the most budget friendly regarding welcoming pets, in this case our 7 months old puppy. The room was super clean, fresh, modern, and comfortable. We are planning to make it a family tradition and we can't wait to go back in the summer. We were impressed about this family and pet friendly hotel. Breakfast was included and it was fantastic, even my picky eaters found something fresh to start the day. I recommend this Hotel.

Everything was fine, gym was decent, pool too. Was happy with the included breakfast, but here’s a little tip, go early in the morning for it. Around like 8 it starts being so cramped there’s a long line and due to demand, the kitchen had a hard time to catch it up. The kitchen employee were considerate and sorry tho!

Overall good hotel. Breakfast was good for a complimentary breakfast. Scrambled eggs, sausages and potatoes first day. Cheese omelet and bacon and beans on second day. Other things like coffee, muffins, pancakes and cereal were available.nnThe rooms are clean and new. My main complaint is the shower. The water pressure is so low it took us at least twice as long as usual to shower.nnPool is very small. Gym is quite good.

Its first time for me and my family to Niagara Falls and we totally enjoy our stay in this branch. The ambiance from the moment you enter in very welcoming, front desk are so friendly, they acknowledge my membership and let me checking in early. Room is super clean my wife is so impressed, room are acoustically proof so even they’re kids on our floor and our kids still quite. Staff in breakfast is very friendly and food are prepared accordingly. Even a little bit drive from Niagara Falls it’s worth to stay when you after a quiet stay. Gym, pool and laundry room are amazingly laid out. I definitely stay in this branch again and recommend to families and friends.
