Staybridge Suites Niagara-on-the-lake

All the staff were amazing. Payal assisted us during our check in, she is incredibly friendly, efficient and answered all our questions. The room was clean and spacious, amenities were nicely done and the bed is so comfortable. It was indeed a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Excellent Hotel. The suite was spacious with a small kitchen and large bathroom. The staff were kind and courteous and the breakfast was great too. One thing that could be helpful and that would be to include an instruction guide on how to operate the super modern shower. . We’ll definitely return!

This was a really lovely stay with our toddler. Rooms are big with separate kitchen and living area. The included breakfast was fabulous and included great hot and cold options every day, you could also take it up to your room. Hotel staff was very friendly and professional. Great location - away from the hustle and bustle of Niagara Falls, but only a 10 minute drive. Nearby outlet mall had great shopping and quick eating options. This is a nice quiet hotel - we had the pool to ourselves on a Tuesday morning- we only went once but there were lots of towels, a shower with amenities there to use and temperature was nice and warm. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

We visited Niagara on the Lake for a couples getaway and chose the Staybridge Hotel because of price and location to the outlet mall. Immediately upon entering the hotel I was greeted by Paige and she was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The hotel was nice and quiet and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and a nice size with a kitchen, living room area and king bedroom with walk in shower. It was a great stay and I highly recommend this hotel.

Staybridges owe us nothing! Our anniversary stay was so pleasant. Great staff, great food, quiet atmosphere, comfy accommodation. Thank you to the manager Derrick for assisting with the surprise. He was so helpful. We will definitely be back.
