SCAM COMPANY BEWARE. If I could give a negative review I would. This company is more than happy to set you up with equipment but getting any service beyond that point is next to impossible. They don't answer the phone, and when they do they tell you that they will check with the manager and then proceed to never call back! Cancelling or even purchasing the equipment is a ridiculous venture as they continue to charge your card until you cancel it. Promises upon promises of refunds, statements and calls back. ALL LIES. Unbelievable, that this business is still open. Hell is for these types of shady business people.

DO NOT trust the alot of good fake reviews claiming that how great HHC is . Those reviews are so detailed as if someone has been paid to write those . I used their services and when it came time to get my security refund back they stopped responding to the emails , they stopped returning the calls . I am sure this is their business plan to avoid calls and contact with the customer so they can just keep the security deposits of the customers I left a voicemail today give them final 2 days to refund or I'll be taking legal acctions . Research more and you'll find more customer with similar issues . Edit : month has passed by still nothing . They are "looking into it "

I would strongly caution anyone who is considering renting exercise equipment to avoid dealing with this company. They are very prompt at putting through all of the initial setup, delivery, and monthly rental charges once given a credit card number. However when billing errors are made and customers are over-charged it is a different story. There are lots of companies which provide this service and operate in an ethical and professional manner, unlike this one. Be sure to shop around and do your homework, you will most likely regret it if you do business with this one.

There really could not be an easier way to get started with a healthier lifestyle. Especially in the dead of winter, I had no motivation to go to a gym - any of which are far from my work and home. Erin and the HHC team are super helpful and professional, and the whole process was just so easy! My partner and I both use the elliptical 6 days a week, and it works like a dream! Renting by the month gives us an affordable alternative to the gym, and the machine is a great quality. Before we went with HHC, I was really looking forward to it, and I have to say it's even exceeded my already high expectations! Great job guys, and keep up the awesome work! Updating March 2016 to emphasize how great their customer service is! Truly a pleasure to receive such great service, if only other companies could take note!

I don't even know where to begin but this has been a horrible experience long story short very unorganized it's been over 2 months and I still have not received my deposit back!!!
