False advertising. There was a sign promoting backpacks on sale from 34.97 down to $19. Customer service wasn’t able to help me called over the Manager was explained an excuse. that the computer automatically adjust the price based on the inventory levels, but as far as I know, it’s not about that it’s about having a sign and having false advertising, which is more of the issue at hand, please have a meeting with your manager, adjust his knowledge.
My goodness, the same lady still works here. This is the second time, the first time I complained and it’s clear to see that Walmart is not holding their employees accountable for racist behaviour. I am Caucasian not that it should matter, but your employee on the cashier number 4 today approx. 10am has a real issue with us white folks.
I had a very disappointing experience at the Walmart Photo Centre. I went around 7 PM and waited in line for 20 minutes. When it was finally my turn, the staff member told me she was going on break and asked me to come back in an hour.nnI gave it another try the next day around 5 PM, no one was at the counter. When I found the same staff member, she said she was busy with other work and told me to come back the following day.nnThis was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Customers should not be turned away after waiting, especially multiple times. Walmart really needs to improve their customer service at the Photo Centre.
They had something advertised at a cheaper price online, we asked for a price match and they refused. The lady helping us from electronics was rude and seemed frustrated that I asked to speak to manger. I do 90% of my grocery shopping here and will start giving my business across the street at the other market and else. Very disappointed with the amount of disrespectful behaviour, and not honouring your posted prices.
Do not buy gift cards from them. There is no refund even when they sell physically defective gift cards. The manager will not do anything but give you excuses to not issue a refund. The card we bought won’t reveal the code to redeem because the glue that mask the numbers wont scratch off properly. Hopefully Roblox can do something to redeem the $25 dollars used to pay for the card because the manager can't do anything with the gift cards that they sell from their store. The manager could do a better job helping customers instead of giving excuses not to take responsibility.
