We had such a wonderful experience here! They have an incredible selection of Rapha gear which is our favorite cycling apparel. The staff is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. We genuinely enjoyed hanging out and chatting with them. Chris and Donny were especially helpful and they're not even on the floor most days. They had the Fizik saddle we've been searching for. I love that they had free FRESH espresso for their guests too! Great stock, amazing staff, and a wonderful experience.

Ladies, this is the best bike shop in the city. I usually get giddy in bike shops because they are teeming with men and my first visit to La Bicicletta was no exception. I was the only girl in there and it was great! Not only did I get every product I went in there for but I settled into a wonderful conversation with 2 charming men whose easy banter made me smile all the way home. And then guess what happened... I must have had some kind of extra glow about me from all the smiling with my Bicicletta boys that, to my great shock, a complete stranger at least 10 years younger than me struck up a conversation with me on the subway. Did I ride or was I buying a present for someone? Where do I ride and so on. And he wasn't weird! Obviously, I'm going back for more banter. I want to see what else comes my way!!! Max and Luca, my good luck charms, until we meet again, my darlings!

This shop is one of my favourite bike stores in the city. I live in Leslieville but would trek up to La Bicicletta for my cycling needs because of their friendly service, cycling knowledge and experience and exceptional brands. I would recommend this shop if you’re looking for a bike shop that treats you with respect, has great inventory items and top-notch service! Davide did my bike fit and he was super awesome!

Went in with a bib short in mind, figure I’d just try it on and get out. When it didn’t fit quite right, Luca took me on a journey to find the perfect fitting one. He had a wealth of knowledge to recommend the right products and a lot of patience when I tried a bunch on. Super happy with the one I settled on and ended up getting the jersey to boot! The store has a great personal feel and I don’t feel judged when I ask basic questions. I’ll definitely be back for all my high-end cycling needs. The only downside is I know I’ll spend money every time I go there

I have a great experienced with La Bicicletta and this is a bike shop you can go with because of their high quality products, good services, very knowledgeable and friendly staff like Donald, Davide and others and of course to Henry, he's really a nice guy. They can help and explain whatever you want to know and their accommodation is so wonderful. Guys try to visit this bike shop...They are the best in the city...

I just had new bike build with a fitting by Davide. He is amazing! Great eye and tech . The bike feels great - not sure if it’s the new bike smell or what - the bike feels great - highly recommend their fittings .

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Helped size me up for a new bike. They even set it up right away so I wouldnt have to drive back another day. Will definitely visit again!

I brought my vintage road bike frame to La Bicicletta after powder coating it to have it reamed and and faced. I was very happy with the work they did. You can see it in the attached photos. After picking up the frame I had some trouble installing the crown race on the fork. I hesitated to force it, as I did not want to damage the fork or the race. I brought it back to the shop and they took care of it for me while I waited at no extra charge. Very professional, friendly and knowledgable staff!

This was the first time I have been to La Bicicletta looking to upgrade my cycling shoes. The staff that was helping me out was fantastic. The first day I was helped with options and sizing so as to assist my decision. I was never rushed and was able to take the time I needed. The next day I went back and Max created an experience! I ended up spending double my budget but only because Max was fantastic at helping me select the right shoes and went over and above to accommodate me. I have not experienced such a relaxed environment, where I could take the time to try different models and sizing without feeling rushed. Customer service was excellent. Don and Max thank you!
