Best bike service in the city. I have an "older" but decent carbon Pinarello... After it comes out from kindhuman it works better than when brand new. To boot, they are really kind people. It's not just a name.

KindHuman is an amazing and first class bike boutique/shop. I had three bikes a couple of which were high quality and needed expert attention and Ayal the mechanic was absolutely awesome. Second to none. Very fair pricing but seeing the quality of work, I'd honestly pay anything to keep getting my bikes looked after here. Anything. This place is rare nowadays and I'd absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a bike or for expert, honest, quality repair and tunes ups. Thank you KH.

I am so happy with the tune that Ayal did on my Italian bike. It was pricey, but worth every penny! He is honest about what needs to be done, and his work is fantastic. I have had tune-ups done in other shops, but none are as good as what Ayal does at Kind Human.

I brought my off-brand bike in for a tune up. It was scheduled for the following tuesday but they we able to tune it up almost immediately. They quickly identified the problems and were able to fix each of them. Just note, due to covid, their entrance is behind the building by the GreenP parking lot. In the future, i'll be servicing my bike with them. Finally, they have a beautiful dog, i think it's a cavalier king charles spaniel.

Amazingly helpful, friendly staffs with outstanding service. Also it's great to have some useful advices on how to fix my bike. You can feel that sincerity right at that time when you get into shop. Changed several shop all around the city as an UBER rider and they are the BEST in the city....Absolutely PERFECT...

This is why I like to shop at a good retail store instead of online. There is no way I would have figured out on my own how to install and properly adjust my new bike trainer. Ayal did a superb job and Gavin matched the online price. Excellent service!

Love these guys. Ayal and Gavin are warm, genuine, and very well informed. The shop has everything you could need for biking around the city or anywhere else for that matter. I have been riding for years and have not been able to find a shop that takes a genuine interest in their customers quite like Kind Human. Their house brand Kind Human frames are out of this world and have me consitently admiring them when I come into the shop. It is Very refreshing to find a bike shop that really cares about their customers. Ayal and Gavin work hard and it's obvious that they love what they do. This quality is reflected in their work. Kind Human is the perfect name for this charming shop. Try them out, you won't be disappointed.

Personable service that creates a solution based approach based on your requirements. I did a fair bit of research on the various bike technologies and found them to offer a quality bike, great technology, quality parts, all at a more reasonable price than others. I would qualify them as a quality shop that is highly engaged in great technology and still understands that many of their clients need guidance. I was impressed and will refer them to others.
