We always get our skates here and bought our skis here too! Great spot, good and fast service, and they can offer buyback credit for old equipment in good condition, terms depending. Good store.
Visited the store yesterday and bought hockey skates for my son. The staff member who helped us Ari was great! He helped us evaluate multiple options both new and used, choose the best one for our needs, and had us on our way in less than 30 minutes.
I feel customer service lately has gone downhill. It was the simplistic things that made Play it again sports not disappoint. Customer service was top notch. All staff members on the floor you can clearly see were busy with other customers. I was greeted and advised I was going to be helped. Staff member called to have someone assist me. Vasya was very knowledgeable and was patient and assisted me throughout my whole experience. I also observed the staff approaching and asking customers if they need help. Highly recommend this location.
This place is amazing. I needed to renew a bike that I had bought on marketplace and “Alex “did his best to make the bike usable for a very reasonable cost. I appreciate it andnI will definitely be a loyal customer for the shop.
I bought a high end used black hybrid bicycle on May 03, 2023. The bike mechanic assists me in a truly manner and very knowledgeable Staff. Store is very neat and organized, some Staff will approached you in a very good customer service.
