I visited Habib Canadian Bank, Mississauga branch on Thursday, July 27, 2017 to transfer money to my relative in Pakistan and to open an account. The branch Manager was not willing to open the account without prior appointment and without having an account transfer was not possible.  

This bank has unfriendly policy towards customers. The bank only open from 9:30 to 4:30 Mon - Fri. No late hours banking and no week-end (Saturday) service. Whereas in GTA all major Canadian banks and foreign banks open late for some days in a week and most of them open on Saturday to facilitate banking by those who are working and only have time to go to bank after their working hours or on Saturday. 

The policy of this bank is only good for retired people or for those who are not working for one reason or the other. Those who are working can not do banking with this bank. Based on the above I find policy and timing of this bank disappointing and against the interest of their shareholders and the potential customers .
