It is right on a main roadway. It has lots of different stores in the Plaza with it. It has a drive through. The staff are always very helpful and cheerful.

A big difference in quality between this branch and Credit Landing. Decided to drop by here (first visit) to get a bank draft. I usually bank at credit landing. Teller told me that the payee's name was too long for the bank draft and I have to give a shorter name. Called the person whom the bank draft is for. He had to figure out from his manager and bank. Whole entire effort was about 15-20 mins. Went back to the another teller, only to be told that the payee's name can be handwritten instead of printed. The original teller who made me go through these loops, just denied the knowledge without apologizing. Next, the manager had to come over to approve the bank draft. My goodness, I thought I had owed her a significant service fee. She was not friendly at all! A big contrast from what I experienced at Credit Landing's branch !
