RBC Royal Bank

Customer service is worse. I had to wait in line for 50 mins when only 2 people were ahead of me. Clint service representative were only killing their time to talking to people. Specially Anita she is such a lazy was only trying to show people that ah sis manager for that day but don't want to do anything. Never recommended this location to anyone.

Worst customer service Unprofessional staff Business wick are close most of the time so doesn't matter u have a business account u have to go to the regular counters Teller try their best to waste the time

Was actually just in this bank and the teller was extremely rude to the client infront of me. Her name is Amita. She raised her voice and yelled at the lady who was giving her the information she needed and said it multiple times but she did not listen and messed up. She is. It a person who should be working in customer service at all.

Disgusted. This branch is nearest to my home, but when going in there twice I found not one person was speaking in English, whether clients talking with staff or staff who were speaking with each other. It may be good to have non-English speaking customers from other countries, but it is sad and disgraceful that people born here and speaking an official Canadian language have to find somewhere else to do their banking.

Went here today and the teller was yelling at me because I wanted to put coins in my account & then take out some money in bills , She looked like she don't like her job. She was a total snob the whole time. Going to be looking for a other bank to do my business at !
