RBC Royal Bank

Manager and staff members are arrogant and not so professional. Regret opening account with this branch. Sometimes they make their own rules.

Warning ::::: avoid this branch This is worst beach. Try to avoid it. They aren’t professional and ask you questions that they shouldn’t and ignorant staff. I have talked to different staff memebers here and they don’t know much and all have their own rules and complete diff information about the rules.

This RBC branch is honestly the most pathetic, unreliable, and disappointing bank experience I’ve ever had in the last 20 years! I was over charged for making 2 cash drafts and was told my money would be refunded within 24 hours. It’s been over a month and no one has returned my calls or refunded me my money which was robbed right in front of my eyes! The telller was rude, ignorant, and very unprofessional. I highly suggest no one ever visit this branch due to lack of customer respect and appreciation.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS BRANCH A MINUS, I SO WOULD. THE MOST TERRIBLEST BRANCH EVER. THEY HAVE NO SENSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, GAVE THEM A SECOND TRY AND THEY STILL PROVED ME RIGHT. THEY NEED A REVAMPED, AMARJIT, SANDRA AND I CANT REMEMBER THE OTHER TELLER, NEED TO GO INTO RE-TRAINING.

Worst bank for Business banking. I had to spend 45 minutes in line with one guy ahead of me. They have no sense of urgency. Other banks are much better than RBC. I won't recommend it to anyone.
