Some of the bank tellers are nice and they try but others have attitude. It is as if they don't care about your needs or how to make things better. They just go and work their 8 or 9 hours to get paid and that's all they care about.

I had power of attorney on my  father's account would not release funds to prepay his funeral while he was in palatine care had to obtain a lawyer and bring my mother in from his bedside to release funds terrible experience
