I did not find some Weekly flyer feature Items Mina Chicken drumsticks and thighs on Nov 28, 2024. Same thing, not finding the flyer item, also happened a few weeks ago. The shelf of the Flyer item was simply 'empty' Reducing 5 star to 4 star. I will visit again another time this week, and if I do not find the flyer feature items again, another star will be gone.... Thank you

Yikes this place is bad. Stopped by today for the first time and a significant portion of the shelves were empty, the prices were higher than at the Sobeys and Save on near me for far less selection, and a sizeable portion of the breads and meats were actually expired. We spent some time digging through the various brands of bread they had and could only find one loaf that wasn't best before a few days ago; and it's best before was in two days. I can honestly and easily say this is the worst grocery store i've been in, in my life.

Bright, clean, fully stocked grocery store in Heritage Village Shopping Center. FreshCo recently opened here, and I’m impressed. Great location and prices make this grocery store an easy choice for us. Store has an amazing produce section as well as Halal. No bakery or deli counter but many prepackaged meats, cheeses and baked goods are offered. Aisles are well organized with ample floor space for carts to come and go. The staff and store were following the proper COVID -19 protocols. Hand sanitizer at the front door and carts and baskets sanitized after every use. Self-checkout meant no waiting which is a big plus. It’s worth checking the flyers in the front entrance for the amazing deals so you don’t miss out. Incredibly, they back their three guarantees; in stock or rain check and 10% off; lowest price or price match, and double fresh satisfaction or they replace your item and refund your money. Great experience shopping at FreshCo today!

Employees were racist and unprofessional I am a customer of three years and when the store closes they tell me to leave once politely but these employees kept telling me to leave repeatedly and started yelling at me only a wearer of the hijab and a lot of other people were there too. I am very disappointed of this store

I had a terrible outing there today, duty manager was horrible, she was arguing and showing her authority, there was no limit sign on sugar and other stuff in aisle neither on flyer, but they marked limit of 2 at check out and said someone had pulled that limit sign off and its not her fault, are you serious? Its your job to make assure all the signs are up and instead of doing your job she said i am getting rude which i wasn't as i know i am not on fault, her tone was high and she was rude and when i asked if limit of 2 is your policy then why i am being allowed to take 6 colgate tooth paste, she said we are in stock of tooth paste not sugar......its a hilarious experience.
