Safeway Capilano Shopping Centre

Judy in the floral dept helped me after she was already cashed out. She helped me arrange and vase a bouquet for a friend in the hospital. Super helpful!!

Unfortunately I need to eat; since I've lived in this neighborhood there has been 1 outstanding employee of this Safeway, her name is Margaret; this kind woman always is friendly, courteous. Aside from her there is a young man who is also a great worker, the rest of the cashiers are consistently rude and disrespectful to me almost every time I visit the store. They need another course in customer service.

Incredible experience onnSaturday morning by a young lady with long hair I think she is a supervisor and a lovely female salesfloor clerk helping put out stock on the shelf. Before entering the store young lady who unfortunately is homeless asked me for money I said I don't have it so she asked to buy a steak I did a big eyes . I went to the store with her thinking she was going directly to the deli department. But no she walks towards the fridge with meat. Two co-workers I mentioned above stop her and ask her to leave since she is banned from the store. I got an apology that I was pressured. The workers ask me to let them know before I leave so they can safely get me to my car. That was an amazing feeling that I got support right away and I could feel safe while shopping and also afterwards. Especially at this location where it's so many drug users who act dangerously.Gives me hope that it could be normal again. Thank you Safeway staff for your outstanding Customer Experience!!!!!

Great prices. Friendly staff. Clean building. Exceptional customer services. Short lines, not to busy at all. Very convenient location. Located right beside a bus depot so very easily accessible.

it is sad that i left with 6 items and i paid around $28. the world has become so expensive. everyone i interacted with here was very kind. that’s what you want out of a grocery store.
