Worst service. We were in the line for the cashier and an employee said she would help us at the self-checkout. She took us over there and then said to any employee to help us. Neither wound up help us and after the 7th time having an issue scanning a product we left our stuff at the checkout and walked out. When someone purposely gets in line at the cashier checkout that means they want the personalized customer service. They don't want to wait on themselves. They don't want to deal with the scanning issues. I have rarely gone to that store even though it's in my neighbourhood because of poor service. I get better service across the street.

Constantly find expired products on the shelves. Not one of each products, but every item of that product. And we’d be talking about weeks old, not just days.nnAfter speaking with a few patrons, they’ve noticed the same thing. Produce and vegetables, same story. Find moldy fruits constantly.nnAvoid at all cost, until they find a workforce that actually cares about their jobs.

I do like the store, but they never have enough stock. Constant empty spots on shelves, and missing items many consider essential.

Its so frustrating that they close their washroom. Couldn't find anyone to help with the washroom lock. So annoying that had to wait more then 10 minutes to get help to open the door. Will never come back .... wish I could give them less than one star

I come here often. Decent prices, nice staff, clean building. Only issue is their product knowledge. I work at cineplex so I know and understand how scene works. A while ago I went in with the intentions of paying with my points. J had over $10 in points. The cashier told me I couldn't redeem points unless my purchase total was $10 or over, so I was forced to get a pack of gum. Thus visit, my total came to $18. They refused to redeem my points saying I didn't have enough. I'm not mad, but regardless of what I've been told, I know the scene program like the back of my hand, and know that they are using it to make ppl pay more.
