Worst service. We were in the line for the cashier and an employee said she would help us at the self-checkout. She took us over there and then said to any employee to help us. Neither wound up help us and after the 7th time having an issue scanning a product we left our stuff at the checkout and walked out. When someone purposely gets in line at the cashier checkout that means they want the personalized customer service. They don't want to wait on themselves. They don't want to deal with the scanning issues. I have rarely gone to that store even though it's in my neighbourhood because of poor service. I get better service across the street.

I come here often. Decent prices, nice staff, clean building. Only issue is their product knowledge. I work at cineplex so I know and understand how scene works. A while ago I went in with the intentions of paying with my points. J had over $10 in points. The cashier told me I couldn't redeem points unless my purchase total was $10 or over, so I was forced to get a pack of gum. Thus visit, my total came to $18. They refused to redeem my points saying I didn't have enough. I'm not mad, but regardless of what I've been told, I know the scene program like the back of my hand, and know that they are using it to make ppl pay more.

Came at 9:54 and they already locked the doors don’t hire lazy people who just plan on leaving early this is ridiculous I travelled from southside for milk for my toddler and they closed early?? Ridiculous don’t go to this last location this is unacceptable

I am compelled to express my dissatisfaction with this establishment. The price displayed on the shelf did not match the price charged at the point of sale, which was higher. I would certainly not want to mislead anyone. Cashier is also Rude!

I will never buy meat from this location after seeing their handling. Went into the store around noon and it was very quiet and I could see from the produce section that there was a pallet parked by the lunch meat cooler. I finished meandering through the produce and bakery section and went past the above mentioned pallet. It was all raw meats!! Cases of raw chicken breasts opened and left sitting there. I finished doing my shopping, which took an hour, and before checking out, I circled back to where the pallet was, and it was still there, raw chicken at room temperature. I told this to the cashier, but she just looked at me annoyed, and could care less. I tried calling the manager but they never returned my call. I tried informing corporate but apparently wasn't of concern to them either. Takeaway from this experience is it's a game of Russian roulette in the meat department and if you don't feel so well after dinner, Chances are this practice could be why.
