H&W Produce

This store was one of my favorite for buying fruits and vegetables since I moved to Edmonton on 2017 and also recommended this store to several people. They have very limited varieties of items now. I prefer to drive and shop at H&W south where the same fruits and vegetables are more cheaper and I can get tons of items to choose from.

I was at H&W today and totally impressed with how clean and organized the store was. The prices were way better than the big box store on most of the produce and everything was really fresh. The staff were really friendly as well.

I love buying fresh herbs, citrus fruits, vegetables and fruits here.nnI like that there are different unusual products that you can try for the first time.nnThe choice of goods is quite large and there are always some profitable promotions

Was in there yesterday and I witnessed a customer in the store with a dog in his arms. This was not a service dog just a pet. An employee went over and was petting the dog with the dog licking her hands. I then waited until the interaction was done and asker her if she was now going to wash her hands and she replied she would. I thought that animals/pets were not allowed into grocery stores or am I wrong. I just thought that it must be a health violation.

I invite anyone to shop here one time, then go and price check one of the supermarket chains. You will see just what price gouging is. Well done H+W for allowing real people to appreciate genuine prices. Your staff are awesome too.
