Love their layout. The place is bright, spacious, clean, and they have the smaller shopping carts, which is one of the main reasons I like to go there.

Alway Clean, plus some deals , had everything I need to make fresh guacamole , shallot ,cilantro 10 ingredients. We shop every ware . This is our no frill place to go . Wife likes . Staff great and help full . Staff gave me extra stamp for cook ware deal 75 % off I needed six more to fill card . She gave me two extra cool, .

I discovered No Frills a few years ago and returned regularly due to affordable prices and the no name brand which is comparable to regular brands. As well, one is supporting a local business owner – Ian’s No Frills at the Abbotsfield location and Carol at Ottewell Plaza. Carol’s No Frills which opened March 2021 is spacious, clean, well stocked and with friendly staff.nI am sold on the Ginger beer which is also sold at Superstore! No Frills = Loblaws = Superstore. This particular space at Ottewell Plaza has seen several grocery stores come and go and No Frills is the best one thus far and the local community seems to be sold on it as there are no other grocery stores within walking distance in the area.

Pride pandering stickers are enough for me to turn around and go to Safeway. Have had enough of that nonsense. Especially when the entrance to this store has a sticker that reads “all are welcome here” on a pride flag, lol, spare me. When was that community not allowed? Tired of the victim mentality being perpetuated. You lost my respect and my business. Grow up, treat everyone the same and quit the ridiculous pandering. I will not shop here again until that idiotic nonsense is gone

Carol is here for the community. She and her team donated snacks for our campers and we are so grateful for the support! This is also my regular store and I can always rely on Carol's for friendly service, great selection, and an all around positive experience. Thank you!
