Today whilst dropping in to Frame of Mind at Ottewell Plaza where my doctor's office is located and visited since 2007 - Different grocery stores have come and go in the time but when No Frills opened after #Covid I always make a point of stopping at No Frills - if only for Ginger Beer and milk.. Today, I only went in with a basket because I planned to pick up one item — cream — but this No Frills always surprises me in the best way. The staff here are outstanding compared to the one in my own neighbourhood. Also the cleanliness is excellent,nnIn the produce section, Priti greeted me warmly and we ended up chatting about mangoes. She even shared a tip about ripening them in a bag of rice — small things, but it’s the kind of genuine interaction that makes shopping feel human.nnThen I spotted a Mother Pride Basmati Rice bag for $10, and whilst Tilda Non GMO is my fav but at almost 3 times the price and Mothers Pride is a renowned Indian brand. Royal toilet paper on special, so suddenly the basket wasn’t enough. I went to the front and Larissa immediately noticed and went outside to get me a cart — without me even asking.nnLater, when I couldn’t reach the Guava drink, Alexandre stepped in to help. And at checkout, Connie was friendly and efficient, rounding out what turned into a surprisingly pleasant visit.nnI even phoned afterward to leave a compliment because this location truly stands out. The staff here make the experience — warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. A far better experience than the No Frills in my own neighbourhood.

Great little No Frills. Clean, well stocked, friendly employees and overall a pleasant shipping experience. I purchase a lot of my produce here - it's good quality and reasonably priced. Product selection isn't as large as some of the other No Frills, but they've got all the basics. I'm grateful it's in the neighborhood!

Clean store, things laid out well, easy access to disabled parking for me. I prefer to go to the smaller stores, but but there is no scooter for persons with disabilities here. Would management consider having 2 mobility scooters available? I help out another fellow who is more disabled than myself. We recently came to your store, but it was very difficult for me to walk throughout your store. We left early because of this.

I love having this wonderful store in our neighbourhood!!! The produce is amazing and I can find pretty much everything I need here.

Don’t bother asking for a price match. I was happily checking out when another cashier interfered with my transaction. Makes no sense over $2. I left my whole order behind & went to Walmart. Try to support Canadian business not worth the frustration.
