Excellent experience. Customer service is great. Though a small place to shop, it has all you need. It's becoming a bit pricey though, so I don't visit often as before. Raisin bread is on sale sometimes. Price difference between superstore and no frills, though they go under the same company.

I was at the til standing next to the gentleman waiting for my turn. The old lady cashier, I don’t know if she’s East Indian or Hispanic but her attitude is very rude and has 0 manners at all. While I was waiting for my turn, I was busy reaching out to my bag to get my reusable bags and wallet, I had no idea that one of my item fell and she accidentally scanned it bringing it to the total of the gentleman in front of me. So the guy told her that it wasn’t for him, so she asked me if that was mine and I said yes and why. She scolded me and told me to put my items carefully next time. She even said “ Look at what you did! “ I had no idea what happened because I was looking for my purse. I did put everything in order and carefully but her rude attitude and to blame me for her mistake which is so annoying. She is not doing her job properly and has 0 as in 0 customer service at all. Very very rude!
They lose two stars for cleanliness. Also, the place seems to have a security issue, but they do have plenty of security staff. Gain one star for actually making an effort to reduce some food prices. Don't be fooled though, most of the effort is standard Superstore or Loblaw with more prices matching their warehouse style shopping.
What can I say? It's a typical No Frills grocery store! I didn't know it was the subsidiary of Superstore but I do now! I can use my PC card! The store is clean and has a lot of choices and the staff are very friendly. Nothing to complain about accept maybe the amount of homeless people that wander around the entrance. But that's something that's happening all over the city. *I really wish they were being helped more... but that's a whole other topic...
