Best gym ever. Seriously, not the kind of gym that takes your money and hopes you don't come for the rest of your contract. Lots of squat racks, benches, various equipment not found in typical gyms. Best part is the crowd. No one is there for anything but to get stronger and get better. And yet most are friendly and approachable. Owner and staff are also very approachable and helpful.

Best gym in Toronto. Been coming here off and on since the old smaller location for over 5 years now. Location isn’t the best to be my main gym but I always come back here in winter holidays to take advantage of their no contract + 24/7 access. This would not be my first choice for a weightlifting gym but for everything aside that (powerlifting, strong man, bodybuilding, general strength/fitness) look no further as you’ll be hard pressed to find any other gym that offers better equipment and environment within Toronto (with top notch staff at that). What are you waiting for? Call in and check the place out!

I have never been to a gym like this. Sean and his staff are extremely helpful. The members are inviting and respectful. The equipment satisfies needs I didn't even know I had!

If you like to lift and you fancy being in an environment of like-minded individuals focused on their health, on form and on improving themselves then this is an amazing gym. The equipment is top notch, the trainers are knowledgeable, active and offer advice all the time, and the price is pretty reasonable.

Awesome 24 hour gym with everything you need for training. Good people, friendly and supportive environment. Great equipment for weightlifting, powerlifting, strongman, bodybuilding, cardio, etc. Affordable membership rates well worth it.
