GoodLife Fitness Centres

I came here once for an open house. This location is well set up. There's great equipment and a satisfactory amount of room. The downside to this gym is the odour. As soon as you walk into the weight area, the smell of BO hits you.. this really needs to change. The change rooms are relatively clean and the staff is super friendly. This gym has a great community.

Decent selection of equipment and friendly staff. It can get a bit stuffy and hot on the upper levels, but ground floor is comfortable. Change rooms are kept clean and in good repair.

I thought people were exaggerating about the terrible odor in this gym but OMG was I wrong!! Very very bad smell...it's really bad people. Unless you will be going here for the sole purpose of doing their fitness classes I recommend you go somewhere else to do a basic workout. It's pretty sad...the interior of the gym looks really nice and I personally like that it's darker than most gyms especially the cardio area but NO!!

Great equipment and machines, excellent trainers and classes. Always clean. Separate floors for each kind of machine.

I've had great experiences at this GoodLife location. The staff are nice, theres plenty to do and olmost always no wait time on any of the machines
