Great location! I signed up before it was fully built and stayed for a few months but ultimately quit because all of their locations were a little too far for me and I could work out at home. Unlike other facilities, (like goodlife) it was easy to get out of my membership without any hassle or like some of the horror stories I had heard about some of their USA locations. 

This particular location was always clean, and the attendants were always friendly.

My only gripe was that they only have a couple of weight machines and they were always in use.

It's a great facility to train with no stress. Staff are generally nice, with the exception of one or two people. I do wish the dumbbell went up too 100lbs instead of 75lbs (more options). Cardio machines are fantastic, and being hooked up to the TVs are a nice touch. I think one or two free weight barbells for chest and squat workouts should be in the facility but are not. I do appreciate the squat racks but free weight barbell engages core more. But overall, I enjoy it and I look forward to more of what the gym has to offer.

A poorly managed gym with a rude manager - especially during the cancellation process and thereafter. The manager feigned ignorance. I had to speak with my bank in order to stop them from continuously charging me, despite my cancelled gym membership. Unfortunate. The staff, however, are pleasant.

It is an okay gym!  Just a thought: WE NEED MORE MIRROR. I just really like lookin at myself.

I once used the body enhancement machine for few mins before i started my exercise, and went to use it again for 12 mins after i finished my workout, the asian guy at the front said "you want to use it *AGAIN* for 12 mins??" i said "yes, please!" I found that to be very rude. Obviously when im paying for this service, im paying to use it!!! That guy makes you feel as if your using his personal machines!! Also, another time I was using one of the cardio machines, and he came and started spraying, and cleaning the sides of the machine while i was using it! I said "excuse me, can you pleasr do that when im finished!!!" Just rude!!!
